If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, we’ll make it right.
Contact us at info@primofightweareurope.com within 14 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the process.

- 6-Month Warranty on All Products

We offer a 6-month warranty on all products (like, shorts, gloves, shinguards) against manufacturing defects.
This includes issues such as:

• Broken stitching

• Faulty padding

• Hardware or material defects (e.g. zippers, Velcro)

To request a warranty claim, simply contact us with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos/videos of the issue

• A brief explanation of the problem

We’ll assess your case and offer a fair solution — refund, repair, or replacement.

- Please note:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper washing, poor maintenance, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

• Warranty does not apply to accidental damage or product modifications.
